PRE-APPLICATION advice is being sought for the construction of nine three-bed dwellings at Western Power Distribution, Bude, from Cornwall Council.

A pre-application design statement submitted to the council by OXF Architects states the Western Power depot site in Kings Hill is soon to become vacant.

It added that the scheme would ‘respect and enhance the existing townscape of the locality’.
