RESIDENTS to the west of the town centre face "draconian" on-street parking restrictions with proposals to introduce 'no waiting' zones on 20 roads in the area.

Altonians have until May 18 to comment on traffic order proposals to amend existing and introduce new parking and waiting restrictions on specified lengths of the road network.
