TWO local groups who support people affected by lung conditions, Holsworthy's Breath of Fresh Air and Launceston's Breathe Easy, held a joint meeting on Wednesday August 21.

The groups usually meet monthly on different days, but on this occasion, around 30 people, including friends and family members, met in the fresh air by the lake at the Weir restaurant, Bude.

The group enjoyed a cream tea and a chance to make new friends and compare notes.

Such was the success of the meeting that the facilitators Wendy Millar and Glenda Smith will be arranging further joint meetings.
