CAMELFORD Agricultural Show held its annual general meeting on Wednesday, November 20, where they presented a donation to the local Cancer Research UK branch and Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Following the success of the annual Camelford Show in August, the show committee held its annual general meeting on Wednesday, November 20 where they presented £250 each to representatives from the Camelford branch of Cancer Research UK and the Cornwall Air Ambulance — the committee’s chosen charities to support for 2019.
Cheques were presented by 2019 show president, Graham White.
The committee has also selected a new secretary for the 2020 show.
A show spokesperson said: “Camelford Show Committee welcome Debbie Babb as our new secretary, who has a background in horses and agriculture.
“She has supported the show for a number of years as an exhibitor and a visitor.”
