A DOG show in aid of Jacobstow Community Primary School was held in the playing field on Saturday, May 12, to help raise money for school funds.
There were ten different classes, and the event was well supported by the school, local residents and even some holidaymakers.
The judging was ably carried out by Josie Shepherd from the Jacobstow boarding kennels.
The event, organised by the Friends of Jacobstow School, raised £205.55 for school funds. The most recent purchase made possible by the group’s fundraising was an outside climbing frame.
The next event of the calendar will be the summer duck race, barbecue and raffle, at Crackington, which will be held during the school summer holidays.
