BUDE Rats have had an energetic and diverse month with several members heading overseas to find their challenges.

But the real star of this month has to be Jim Miller who competed in the World Triathlon Championships in Beijing.

September 3 - Dingle Half Marathon – Ireland

Mogsy Ford 2:01:08 – "stunning scenery on the Dingle Peninsula - southwest coast of Ireland."

Sept 4 - It's a Knockout.

Hilarious afternoon of fun and games for Rats club members and families.

Sept 4 - Treggy 7.

Ellen Hall completed this event in 1:56.

"The weather was perfect for the run which had 375 competitors. The downhill run at the start was a bit hectic with so many people, but otherwise it was very enjoyable. The only noticeable hill was from New Mills to Tregadillet at the 2.5 mile stage, otherwise the course was reasonable flat."
