PLANS are taking shape for a full diary of Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Camelford.
Alan Burgiss attended the Camelford Town Council meeting on Tuesday, March 20 to share with councillors the plans so far.
The celebrations kick off on May 21, when members of the public are being invited to make a scarecrow with a jubilee theme, to be displayed in and around the town.
The scarecrows will be judged and prizes given for the best.
On Friday, June 1, a jubilee teen disco will be held in the back room of the Liberal Club.
A craft fair and table top sale in Enfield Park will be held on the Saturday. Organisers are hoping to keep the stage free for invited buskers to perform.
