THE first of several portable buildings was delivered to the Stratton Hospital site recently, in readiness for construction work which will commence in the near future. There are more cabins yet to be delivered, but hard standing surfaces are being prepared. The cabins will be for the use of work men and their equipment. Candy Baker, of the Stratton Hospital League of Friends was at the hospital at the time of arrival and she explained that they will be on site for well over a year.
