A?DELABOLE man who admitted theft and fraud was remanded on unconditional bail by Bodmin Magistrates on September 8.
Mr Benjamin Joseph Gordon, aged 25, of Rendle Street, Delabole, pleaded guilty to stealing £370 belonging to Mr Peter Culver at Camelford between February 1 and July 10 this year.
He also pleaded guilty to three charges of fraud by false representation, namely that at Camelford he was in lawful possession of a Lloyds Bank card in the name of Madeline Culver entitling him to withdraw cash sums of £90, £120 and £100 respectively, intending to make a gain for himself.
Mr Gordon was remanded on unconditional bail to appear at Bodmin Magistrates' Court, on October 6 for a standard delivery report to be prepared.
