THE return visit of Imerys Mid Cornwall Male Voice Choir was another great success, writes Terry Jones.
Under their musical director, Barry Hawken, and their accompanist, Marlene Bowden, they performed a wide variety of songs, with possibly the best of the first half being, 'let there be music'. All of the second half was based on seasonal songs, finishing with 'Saviour's day'.
Although only with about 30 choir members they managed to fill the church and the hall with all the shades and styles necessary from a first-class male voice choir.
