Scary South West, a paranormal investigation team, are excited to announce that Barri Ghai will be their keynote guest speaker at their annual conference held at The Castle in Bude.

On March 18 next year, Barri the founder of The Ghostfinder Paranormal Society and co-presenter on the highly successful TV shows Help! My House is Haunted and Celebrity Help! My House is Haunted, will present an exciting paranormal showcase where he will discuss his own personal paranormal experiences as well as show some of his best examples of visual and audio evidence via PowerPoint.

Barri is considered one of the UK’s leading professional paranormal investigators with over 20 years’ experience, and works with some of the best individuals and psychic mediums in the field of the paranormal.

The Castle, which also featured on an episode with the Help, My House is Haunted Team is known to be particularly spooky, built in 1830 by Sir Goldsworthy Gurney as a private residence, it is now owned and run by Bude Stratton Town Council as an award winning Heritage Centre. At least five families have lived at The Castle during its 200 year history, with at least two people, Admiral Nicholson and Charles Morgan Cowie, sadly dying at The Castle itself. There have been a number of spooky happenings reported such as loud stomping and door banging.
