Waitrose presented a cheque to Holsworthy Day Centre for £445 through its Community Matters Awards. The money will be used towards an 'over chair table' and towards a wheelchair or footrest.

The Day Centre opens on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays from 10am to 4.30pm. Anyone wishing to nominate a charity for a Community Matters Award is asked to contact Waitrose.
