A DARTS tournament at Camelford Liberal Club in?June, held in memory of Aileen Cox, raised £1,020 for the Port Isaac Lifeboat. Aileen died unexpectedly anbd her death followed the loss of two brothers at sea. Aileen was always an avid supporter of the Port Isaac Lifeboat. Friends, family and work colleagues, got together to set up the event and it was such a success, it will now take place annually on the last Sunday of June. The winners of this year's inaugural tournament were Gary Cooper and Helene Stanbridge. Runner-up were John Praoline and Craig Thompson, Aileen's son. For the full report, and a round-up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
