Daniel Bradshaw, aged 13 from Launceston is

pictured above in the North Devon Air Ambulance, after it landed in the Walk Car Park on Tower Street, Launceston on Bank Holiday Monday. The

ambulance landed just after 10am, and Daniel and his family, who live nearby, went up to see the ambulance and the crew in action. Also pictured is pilot Peter Quick, who remained by the ambulance while the paramedic crews carried out their duties. The helicopter was sent to the town to help an adult male with a medical emergency. He was flown to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth.
