THE fate of the planning application to build 43 new homes on land at Baker Oates Stables, in Gardeners Hill Road, is due to be decided at the committee meeting on Monday, June 8. There are currently 483 objections.

Permission is recommended subject to the applicant entering into a legal agreement, to secure 40 per cent affordable housing as well as financial contributions towards secondary education, playing pitches and highways improvements
