BUDE-STRATTON Town Council has decided to postpone councillor surgeries.
The decision was taken at the council’s most recent meeting on Thursday, March 1 to postpone councillor surgeries, which give members of the public a chance to voice any views or concerns to the councillors in attendance.
This decision has been made based on the lack of public participation.
Mayor, Cllr Peter Moores, said: “It has been agreed to suspend scheduling of surgery sessions for six months due to lack of public participation.”
