ACCORDING to Cornwall Council, there are some streets that don't exist — at least as far as street cleaning and litter picking are concerned.

That's the view of Cornwall Councillor for Launceston Central Alex Folkes, who last Thursday took to Blind Hole, alongside Lib Dem campaigner Jade Farrington, to sweep the road and pick up broken glass, cigarette ends and general rubbish amounting to two black binbags worth.
