CAMELFORD Town Council has agreed on the opening hours of the town library when it takes over the facility.

The library will be open from 9am to 4.30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am to 1pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 10am to 1pm on a Saturday.

Councillors discussed the recommendations of the staffing committee at the recent meeting and all voted in favour.

Last year, the council discussed and agreed to move forward with the process of taking on the running of the library (housed in the Town Hall) from Cornwall Council.
