LAUNCESTON won't lose its recycling banks, but residents could face increased garden waste collection charges, revealed Cornwall Councillor Alex Folkes.
He told councillors at the town council meeting on Tuesday, January 17 that, as part of Cornwall Council's new refuse and recycling collection service, the council was reducing the overall number of recycling banks across the county, but he understood this wouldn't affect Launceston.
