CORNWALL Council has approved a planning application for the conversion of the former museum at Clease Road, Camelford.

The application, for Caladen Ltd, sought permission for the conversion of the building into three two-bed residential units, and the erection of two three-bed and one two-bed residential units to the rear of the existing property.

The application also included the demolition of the rear single and two storey sections of the existing building.
