Cornwall's Voice: Anna Gelderd, Labour MP for South East CornwallIn addition to Nathan, visitors to the festival will be treated to a series cookery demonstrations by Stephen Marsh, Head Chef at the Waterloo Restaurant, Paul Ainsworth of Number 6 Padstow, Andy Appleton from Fifteen Cornwall, Paul Harwood, head chef at Rick Stein's St Petroc's Bistro in Padstow, Aaron Janes from the Atlantic Hotel and Silks Bistro in Newquay, Dale McIntosh, Head Chef at The Norway Inn, Adrian Oliver of Margot's, Emily Scott, Head Chef at The Harbour, Port Isaac and Phil Thomas from Rosewarne Manor.
