MEMBERS of the public are being invited to a public consultation and information day on Friday, March 26, regarding the change of use and renovation of the former Conservative Club on The Strand in Bude.

The building is being purchased by Bude New Life Centre – a charitable company formed by Bude Christian Fellowship.

The consultation and information meetings at 12.30pm and 7pm will enable local people to find out about the proposed ideas for this landmark

building and they will also have an opportunity to suggest ideas, pass comments, ask questions and tour the building with guides as well as seeing an audio visual presentation about the projects.

The meeting will be held in the Riverside Conference Suite on the first floor of the building. Refreshments will be available at both meetings.

This invitation is open to both young and old, and the proposed projects will be for children, young people and adults in the Bude community.

Project leader Roger Rowland said: "Members of the public can inform us of their intention to attend or just turn up at either of the meetings. This is an

exciting project that could make a major contribution to life in the town."

This is a fantastic opportunity to have your say and influence input into the future use of this new community building in Bude.

The public can contact the project by email [email protected]">[email protected] or at The Life Centre, 3a Belle Vue Lane Bude EX23 8BR 01288 359714.
