An evening of music with the GMC Choir from Bude was recently held in the Poughill church hall. The event was organised to raise funds for this year’s Poughill Revel and Cuckoo Fayre. A total of £157 was raised. A spokesman for the event said: “On behalf of the Poughill Revel Committee, if we could just give special thanks to the GMC Choir, and to everyone for coming along to support us.” Revel Day will take place on Thursday,?August 4.
