THE sun shone brightly for the Dunheved Road Residents' Association first ever social event on their street in Launceston on Saturday, October 6.
Nearly 40 residents gathered to celebrate the opening of the residents' association notice board, situated close to the town end of Dunheved Road.
County Councillor Sasha Gillard-Loft, for Launceston South, cut the ribbon to declare the notice board 'open'.
