ROBERT Rotchell, the Camelford Liberal Democrat Cornwall Councillor has been elected unanimously to stand as chairman of the council’s Health and Adult Social Care Overview Scrutiny Committee.

Following his appointment, Mr Rotchell, who is also mayor of Camelford, stood down as chairman of the council’s resources committee.
