LAUNCESTON Road Runners hold their annual Treggy 7 road race every September. The Treggy 7 is part of the Cornish Grand Prix series. Preparations for this year's race are well underway. The Co-operative has agreed to be the principle sponsor for this year's race and have donated a sum of £900 from their Community Fund. The running club always welcomes new runners from beginners to the experienced runner. Tuesday evening social runs start at The Phoenix Centre at 7pm. The club also runs coaching sessions on a Thursday evening also at 7pm.
