A NUMBER of community spirited villagers congregated in St Teath's Church Hall to support a coffee morning in aid of the venue itself on Saturday, October 15.

Many of the village groups that use the hall on a regular basis kindly undertook to run the various enterprises, resulting in over £300 being raised.

The well stocked cake stall attracted a lot of attention, and several villagers went home carrying piles of books and crockery!

The chocolate tombola table did a brisk trade and cups of tea and coffee were enjoyed by the assembled company.
