DESPITE it being another dreary, wet and misty night last Friday more than 100 people braved the conditions to attend the Minster Church sub group's first fundraising event.
Held on the clifftops at Boscastle Farm Shop, the evening was an 'outstanding success', raising around £900 for the upkeep and maintenance of the village's oldest church.
Guests enjoyed a pasty and a free drink whilebeing entertained by four local musical groups.
The evening started with a set by the Boscastle Buoys, singing a medley of songs from their recently released first album 'Safe & Sound'.
