EGLOSKERRY Village Hall was transformed into a Christmas market on Saturday, November 16 with a variety of stalls selling glass, wood art, cosmetics, jams and chutneys, jewellery, homemade cakes, Christmas wreaths, decorations and cards.
Organised by the ladies of the village hall committee for hall funds, all the stalls did a brisk trade throughout the morning with refreshments, homemade soups and rolls being served as a welcome break from shopping.
The two Christmas hampers being raffled were won by Sue Russell and Liz Hurdon and the event raised £389 for village hall funds.
