THE Woodford Bridge Country Club in Milton Damerel has raised funds for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).

Woodford Bridge Country Club held a summer event in aid of CHSW and were recently able to hand over a cheque for £450.

They will soon be hosting another event during the October half term.

A spokesperson for Woodford Bridge Country Club said: “Woodford Bridge Country Club held a fantastic first family fun day on behalf of Children’s Hospice South West and despite the wet weather the event was well attended. Staff held a number of different stalls as well as a raffle and raised some great money for the charity.

“Woodford Bridge have been fantastic with the support they have given to the charity already this year and with the further events that they have planned.”
