WITH just a short time to go until the annual Boscastle Festival, many of Cornwall's top chefs attended a special chefs' Lunch on Monday, September 16 courtesy of one of the festival sponsors, The Wellington Hotel and Head Chef Stephen Marsh.

The event was designed to bring together many of the chefs who are supporting the Boscastle Festival as a thank you for their involvement. Mr Marsh cooked up a two course lunch with Michelin starred chef, Russell Brown, of Sienna, in Dorset.

Chefs who attended the lunch included: Andy Appleton (Fifteen, Watergate Bay), Tom Scade (Tides Restaurant, Rock), Adrian Oliver (Margots, Padstow), Aaron Janes (Atlantic Hotel, Newquay), Matt Vernon (Mussel expert and Forager, Falmouth), Phil Thomas (Rosewarne Manor, Hayle).
