QUILTING has increased in popularity over recent years and has become a fascinating and rewarding hobby for young and old alike.

The various designs, many in a range of striking colours, can be seen in a superb exhibition of items on display at Villavin Crafts in Pyworthy.

Jo Hendy, who runs Villavin Crafts said: "A whole range of attractive items will be on display almost all of which are made by students attending sessions, workshops and retreats here. There are quilts, cushions, bags and much much more to see and the event is all in aid of charity."
