DEER Park Nursing Home, in Holsworthy, held its summer fete on Saturday, July 13.

At 2pm local celebrity John Nettles officially declared the fete open and the festivities began.

The weather was glorious and the fete was very well attended. Everyone enjoyed the variety of stalls at the fete and were glad to cool down with an ice cream at the end of the day.
