OVER the last few years FOBS (Friends of Bridgerule School) have raised significant funds to benefit the pupils and on Thursday, March 29, they held an Easter fair in the village hall.
The pupils were encouraged to participate in craft competitions by making an Easter bonnet, egg or garden. The entries were judged by Mother Elizabeth Burke.
The pupils enjoyed their Easter egg hunt, then, along with parents, grandparents, carers and friends, tucked into the refreshments available, including hot cross buns and hot dogs.
On this occasion?FOBS helped raise about £250 to go towards future events and activites for the pupils.
A spokesperson for the event said: “It was a wonderful turnout, thank you to everyone for their support.”
