A COUNCIL has awarded Bridgerule Village Hall a cash payment. Torridge District Council has awarded more than £50,000 to village halls across the district for them to improve their facilities for the benefit of the local residents. Bridgerule Village Hall will receive £10,000 for a refurbishment scheme, including electrical work and plumbing. Bridgerule Village Hall has already seen changes, with the second phase of refurbishment about to be completed.
