OVER 100 people made their way to the Clease Hall, Camelford, on Friday, October 19 for the crowning of the newly elected fairy queen for this year Caitlin Bosley along with her attendant Rachel Hicks.

The fairy queen was crowned by Nancy Dawe of Camelford who was involved in the carnival from 1969 to 1980, of which all three of her daughters also had the honour to represent Camelford as carnival queen over the years.
