THE front of a Cinderford house was damaged after a car was allegedly driven into it.

Police say the driver, who failed to stop, hit the house on St Whites Road at midnight on May 4 and drove off down towards Valley Road.

A police spokesman said: "The front of the house was damaged and it is likely the car, believed to be an old-style Range Rover, also sustained front end damage. The car is believed to be dark blue in colour."
