BEN Jewell had a long tiring game and after doing a lot of hard work all over the pitch, write 'the coaching staff'.
The smaller sized lads all had good games, in particular Luke Couch on his way to scoring a simply superb try, George Ellis featured with his non-stop tackling and Cameron Lovell, the pocket rocket as usual is an outstanding player all round, scoring a try before half time.
It was not only one-way traffic; Ivybridge played their part in a good rugby match. They have certainly given us a training session in good rucking. Being 10-0 down, they managed to pull back before half time, to equalise the score.
After the break, the Launceston boys upped their game and tries were scored by Charlie Nicoll, and Cameron Lovell completed his hat-trick. Kyle Tozer maintained his aggressive and determined play and scored the final try of
the match. Toby May also proved he is not just a try machine, his tackling was awesome.
This was one of the hardest games the team have played at
home, well done lads!
