ON February 8, in below freezing temperature, a total of 25 members of Camelford Young Farmers' Club helped bagged the dung at Higher Basil Farm thanks to the Ham family. With over 80 bags pre-ordered, for the first time in a while, members were unsure whether they had bagged enough. A total of 425 bags of dung were sold to raise money for Cancer Research and £801.60 was raised. A spokesman for the club said: "A huge thank you to our customers from Camelford, Delabole, Boscastle, Tintagel and St Teath allotments, and members for helping to raise such a great amount of money for a great cause."
