YEAR 7 students at Sir James Smith's School, Camelford, have been demonstrating not only fancy footsteps, but also a commitment to the Olympic theme. As the school is part of the 'Get Set Network,' organised by the Olympic committee, students will be kept in touch with events in the lead up to the London 2012 games in August and will be able to enter specialised competitions etc. As part of the Get Set Network's 'Go Creative' theme, the Year 7s created group dances and a tableau at the end, with London 2012 at the centre. The photograph was then sent in to Get Set with the hope that it will result in the school receiving some Olympic 'goodies.' Events are being organised with Sir Jim's feeder primary schools leading up to Mini-Olympic events based at Sir James Smith's Camelford site in June.
