THIS year sees the 10th birthday of the Camelford branch of the Royal British Legion being reformed.

To celebrate the occasion, on June 20, the club will be hosting a grand fete in the playing field of Camelford Primary School, by kind permission of headteacher Mrs Carol Edleston and school governors. The event will also form part of the Camelford Charter

Celebrations.

Camelford RBL has invited local charities to take part, with the proviso that all stalls must be a games stall.

Cameron Valentine from Camelford RBL said: "We are pleased to say that there has been a great response, with more than 20 stalls being planned for the afternoon."

There are still a few spaces for any charity that wishes to be part of the celebrations, and for more information please call Cameron on 01840 212524 or email [email protected]">[email protected].
