CAMELFORD Town Council have been asked to re-approach Cornwall County County Highways about the kerbstone outside the charity shop at the junction of Chapel Street and Market Place.
At the December 16 meeting, Cllr Eddie McCormick told the council that he has been approached by three people about the kerbstone, who said they were not satisfied with the response and result from Highways.
The clerk to the council, Brian Groves, said the issue had been taken up with Oliver Jones, the area representative at Highways, who said they were going to have another look at the matter in the new year.
Mr Groves said there is a possibility they may put up railings at the location.
Cllr Andy Shaw said the kerbstone has stopped people from parking outside the charity shop and widened the width of the road.
