CAMELFORD'S Christmas lights were officially switched on by MP for North Cornwall Dan Rogerson on Saturday (December 4). There was plenty going on, Camelford Town Band led the lantern parade down through the town from Clease Hall to Enfield Park where the switch on took place. Throughout the evening pirate Kev Hooper gave out mince pies and people around the town watched the magnificent firework display. Many watched the procession from the Methodist Church where the community festival is celebrating 'Christmas around the world'.
