THE Viaduct Cafe, Coles Mill, Holsworthy, was officially opened and declared a resounding success on Saturday, April 23 morning.
Mark Betson (Project Co-ordinator at the Ruby Country Partnership) cut the ribbon opening the shop doors to customers for the first time. Customers, including town councillors; Mayor Richard Brown and district councillor for Holsworthy Rural Barry Parsons, showed their support by enjoying some of the homemade cakes and delights on offer.
