CADETS from the Holsworthy Detachment of Devon Army Cadet Force (ACF) have had a busy month, with training and assisting at community events.

A total 20 cadets and four instructors attended a company weekend training camp, held for the first time at Yoxter, near the Cheddar Gorge, in June, with activities including expedition, military skills and radio user courses.

Cadets ran and assisted with marshalling the Ruby Run and also helped out over two days with the Holsworthy Vintage Rally, organising car parking and securing the gates.
