THE results are in from this year’s Taste of the West awards, with success for a number of local businesses.

Deli Farm Charcuterie at Delabole has once again come away with awards gaining silver for both their ‘Rustic Garlic Salami’ and ‘Rustic Hot Peppery Salami’.

Monarch Liquers from St Giles-on-the-Heath, Launceston, gained silver for their ‘Cornish Sunrise — Passionfruit, Coconut and Carribbean Rum’ and a highly commended for their ‘Toffee Apple Rum Liquer’.

Tregida Ltd, based in Warbstow, gained silver for their ‘Oak Roasted Salmon’ and a trio of highly commended awards for their ‘Oak Smoked Kippers’, ‘Fish Kebabs’ and ‘Manuka Smoked Salmon’.
