A coffee morning held at The Rectory in Boscastle raised funds for Christian Aid.

On offer were tasty home-made cakes made by many members of the Boscastle and Tintagel Group of Churches as well as a white elephant stall and plenty of time to catch up on chatting with friends.

A total of £354 was raised in just two hours.

During the morning those attending the event also created bunting which will be going to Westminster on June17 to support the 'Speak Up For The Love Of Lobby', which is trying to ensure Parliament does not forget to continue to work on issues around climate change.

Members created bunting with the Cornish flag on them, trees, ladybirds, fish, the sea, and many other aspects of the environment that they wished to highlight.
