A TEAM of Holsworthy cadets has successfully completed a construction skills challenge improving access a nature reserve.
Thirteen cadets took part in operation 'wildlife walkway' organised as part of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
The cadets, aged between 13 and 18, learned how to use a variety of tools while working on the wooden construction, which will allow wildlife groups and enthusiasts to access a nature reserve near Holsworthy.
The team was guided by Staff Serjeant Roli Jones, a professional builder who demonstrated safe use of the tools and woodworking techniques needed to complete the task.
