After “two years of incredible work” students of Budehaven Community School collect their A-Level and BTEC results, with many subjects performing in the top 10% nationally.

Speaking about the student’s work, Headteacher, Dominic Wilkes “These are the first set of formal examinations this cohort of students has taken part in since their end of Key Stage 2 tests in Year 6, which was seven years ago! Their hard work and dedication to their studies is shining through, with a fantastic set of results for our students. We are very proud of them, and I congratulate them from the bottom of my heart!”

Chair of Governors, Laura Mead, was in school for the results morning and commented “This is such a fantastic day, and I am incredibly proud to be Chair of Governors in a school where the students and staff work so hard to achieve amazing things!”

More on this and results from across the area can be found in next week’s Cornish and Devon Post.
