CORNWALL Councillors Nathan Bale (left) and Nigel Pearce are pleased that after a long campaign the public toilets at the top of Bude have been re-opened. Cllr Nigel Pearce says: "This has been a drawn out fight, which has been much more complicated than it should have been, for what is a basic provision. I'm glad that these toilets are finally open again." Cllr Nathan Bale adds: "Many people have found not having this facility a massive inconvenience. Now if people get caught short while shopping in town there are provision close are hand once again." The toilets are at the end of the lane which runs past Bude Post Office.
